Founded in 2005 by Richard Naish and Andrew Barnett, A&R Resourcing Ltd is a total recruitment solutions business focusing in the technical and engineering markets.
Between them Andrew and Richard have over 50 years combined experience across many sectors of production, manufacturing, engineering and sales.

Richard Naish
Prior to starting A&R Resourcing Ltd in 2005 Richard spent 28 years in the technical sector, starting as an engineering apprentice and progressing through to senior production management in a world leading manufacturing environment. His experience covers specialist machining processes, modern manufacturing techniques from new product introduction to multi-million pound mainline production.
After working in High Street recruitment, Richard could see the need for a specialist consultancy focussing purely on technical recruitment. His extensive knowledge and experience within this field has already helped both Clients and Applicants and has established A&R Resourcing Ltd as a leading agency in the South of England.
Andrew Barnett
Before establishing A&R Resourcing Ltd in 2005 Andy spent 26 years working in manufacturing and distribution. After finishing his apprenticeship with Smiths Industries he spent a number of years in production and purchasing positions for leading manufacturing organisations. He then moved into the electronics component distribution arena where he spent 13 years working in positions from Sales Manager through to European Product Manager. The downturn in the electronics market saw him venture into the Recruitment Industry where he established and grew a successful Technical Engineering desk in a specialist recruitment agency. After 2 years the opportunity arose to set up A&R Resourcing enabling him to use his experience to focus on delivering a targeted service for both clients and candidates.
